In cooperation with the Northern Chamber of Commerce in Szczecin, SWS Kancelaria Prawna Strykowski Wachowiak Sp. k. with registered seat in Poznań, extends an invitation to a training on employer’s liability for accidents at work.
The training will be focused on matters concerning definition, types and grounds for occurrence of an accident at work, procedures and obligations of the employer in case of occurrence of an accident at work, but specifically in connection with the employer’s liability under the civil law, available remedies and possible employee claims. What is also important and interesting is the fact that we will discuss the matter of employer’s indemnity against civil liability, as well as the effect of liability for accidents at work on employer’s tax liabilities.
The training will be conducted by attorney-at-law, Piotr Walędziak, and tax advisor Filip Siwek – experienced practitioners with many years of experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs.
The training is addressed at employers, business owners, managers, HR department employees, and persons interested in the above subject.
The training will be held at the seat of the Northern Chamber of Commerce on 23.01.2020, at noon.
