Skoczyński Wachowiak Strykowski Law Office, drawing on its extensive experience in legal services, provides pro bono aid to the most needy. We give financial support and also offer our services free-of-charge to public benefit organisations. Sensitivity to the needs of others is the strength of the whole team, with charity actions also initiated by the employees themselves, particularly when aimed at helping children in need. As part of our pro bono work, Skoczyński Wachowiak Strykowski Law Office with staff have helped e.g. charges of the Foundation for Children “Help on Time” and children from the Children’s Home in Jastrowie.
Skoczyński Wachowiak Strykowski Law Office provides free legal advice to non-governmental organisations via the Pro Bono Centre. Moreover, on a permanent basis, we provide free legal service to the “Barka” Foundation for Mutual Aid, Foundation for Children “Help on Time” as well as Nyatri Foundation – Aid Foundation for the Children of Tibet.

Pro Bono Centre
The Pro Bono Centre is a programme based on an institution functioning in English speaking countries, whose main goal is to intermediate with regard to free legal aid between law firms and non-governmental organisations. The Pro Bono Centre invites Poland’s major law firms to cooperate, including Skoczyński Wachowiak Strykowski Law Office.
Foundation for Children “Help on Time”
The Foundation’s mission is to implement the nationwide programme "Help on Time". The Foundation provides aid to over 8.5 thousand ill and disabled children from across Poland, as well as to affiliated facilities – treatment centres, hospices, foster care and special education facilities. The programme is open to all those who support the idea of bringing help to children experiencing difficult circumstances. The guiding principle of the "Help on Time" Programme is to save children’s endangered lives, restore their health, support their education and bring help in material hardship. The Foundation’s activities involve predominantly fundraising for the purposes of difficult surgical procedures, expensive medical treatment and long-term rehabilitation.
Nyatri – Aid Foundation for the Children of Tibet
The Foundation’s goal is to organise comprehensive aid activities for Tibetan refugees, health care and life-saving, including the support and implementation of initiatives focusing on health, education and charity, for the purpose of survival of the Tibetan nation with its globally unique cultural heritage. Nyatri – Aid Foundation for the Children of Tibet focuses its activities on helping the little Tibetans from Dolanji. Foundation members include volunteers, Karmic Parents and social workers.
“Barka” Foundation for Mutual Aid
“Barka” Foundation is a non-governmental organisation whose goal is to help in the social development of marginalised groups, to give them a chance to rebuild their lives by creating a programme based on mutual aid, education and enterprise assistance in a civil society. The Foundation’s goal is to build a support system in the process of integrating marginalised groups into society, which comprises programmes involving ca. 5,000 people a year. “Barka” Foundation’s main goal is to build this system support programme in Poland, as well as in the so-called transition countries and the developing world.
