In July 2015 the team of competition law and consumer law at SWS Kancelaria Prawna Strykowski Wachowiak sp.k. was joined by a legal advisor Dorota Jakubik who was previously employed in the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (OCCP).

Dorota Jakubik has over ten years’ experience in the field of consumer law and antitrust law, which she gained during her work in the OCCP. She was handling antitrust proceedings and proceedings concerning practices violating common interest of consumers, moreover, on numerous occasions she also acted as a proxy of the President of OCCP in litigations concerning competition and consumer protection. Ms Dorota Jakubik mainly dealt with the following areas: power engineering, telecommunication, construction, online trade and e-commerce.

In SWS Ms Dorota Jakubik specialises in corporate services for commercial entities within the scope of legal consultancy in the areas concerning compliance with antitrust law regulations, statutory consumer rights and the rules of fair competition.
