The aparthotel market segment in Poland has experienced a boom over the last few years and is still growing, In Western Europe this way to invest money is well known for many years. Aparthotels are located in residential buildings and hotels, mainly in popular tourist and business regions. Aparthotel investment is a very serious business and sometimes requires from developers both specific and professional knowledge.
