The team of SWS Law Firm comprises of several dozen people working with passion and engagement. We are permanently cooperating with over thirty experienced lawyers (most of whom are attorneys at law). Below we present the profiles of the associates.

Bartosz WACHOWIAK managing associate

Legal counsel, specializes in telecommunication and postal service law, coordinates our law firm’s practice within the scope of regulated sectors. He participated in many projects covering this subject. He has been building his experience in Polish and international law firms and as a lawyer for the United Nations in New York. He was a holder of Central European University / University of New York scholarship.

Jacek SROCZYŃSKI legal counsel

jacek.sroczynski@sws.com.plLegal counsel, specialist in investment and construction process, in particular in construction contracts based on FIDIC contractual conditions and in real property trade law. He has trial experience in civil and commercial litigation proceedings before common and arbitration courts (ICC, KIG, SIDiR).
