On April 19, 2015, Mrs Karolina Osowska-Baranowska and Ms. Karolina Jarońska, both solicitors specialised in the area of the procurement law, conducted a training course for lawyers and a group of employees of Grupa Kapitałowa ENEA. They focused on the amendment of the public procurement law entered into force on October 19, 2014 concerning significant changes of provisions regarding among others an abnormally law price and mandatory contract award criteria.
