On the 12th and 13th of December 2016 in the GOLDEN FLOOR Conference Center in Millennium Plaza, 123A Al. Jerozolimskie Street in Warsaw, there will be an opportunity to become acquainted with security methods in the construction industry, with special regard to the relationship between contractor and subcontractor.
Participation in the workshop is an excellent opportunity to make yourself more familiar with the complex legislation which can cause a lot of confusion. Cooperation and disputes between contractor and subconstractor, guarantees in construction works, characteristics of substitute performance of the contract or collaboration with several subcontractors – these are just some of the topics that will be discussed during the workshop.
Tax advisor – Filip Siwek, who works for SWS, will be a speaker during the workshop and he will be responsible for part of the training on legal and tax aspects in the light of case law and legal practice. It is important to stress that Filip is a high-class specialist with both rich theoretical and practical knowledge in tax areas.
Representatives of construction firms and building/contract managers, who in their daily practice deal with management, the drafting of contracts, contracting, legal and operational issues are therefore especially encouraged to take part in the workshop.
