Works aimed at bringing the waterway down to 12.5 m depth have been gradually under way for many years. The project is being implemented within the framework of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, and amounts to approx. PLN 1.385 billion in total. The waterway modernisation project is to be completed by 2022.
