SWS lawyers reached successful closure of shares disposal process in Metal Engineering sector companies

Attorney Marzena Buchowiecka and attorney Bartosz Wachowiak completed work on a more than six month long process of negotiations aimed at taking over high shareholdings owned by a foreign entity in two Metal Engineering sector companies by domestic entities.  SWS Law Firm mediated in the process of agreeing the conditions for disposal and redemption of shares and securing payment of the selling price.
